I will not give details, because I feel each that search, have their own reasons. I reccommend all of this authors books on the origin of human, and this rock we call home, the third planet, and our future. I first came upon this book in an old shop in CA. If you know VanDaniken and like his "Chariots of the Gods". Big bang, God, Science, Orion, Zecharia Sitchin. The biggest eye opener for me is the relationship between this book and the bible. But hand in hand, for me, explained, answered, some of my questions.
However more forensic evidence here then in the Bible. Well neither do I nor does the author.
And all of the series. Don't know the answer.

Fascinating stuff. Also, a great book for anyone who enjoys learning about history. Sitchin provides an interesting bibliography at the end of the book for anyone wanting to dig around the library or internet too. I really enjoyed this book. I am an open minded individual who likes to consider ALL of the options.
But (yes a very big "but") any alternative translations should be listed as such. Verdict: open "part" of your mind and see what holds water and what does not. Alternative thinking is what made civilization what it is today.

Please note that any publication saying it is an "alternative history" is giving a history with "changed" facts, not an alternative interpretation of facts i.e. I really think this stuff is so popular due to the breakdown of religion since Darwin and what Sigmund Freud called faith as a response to physical and psychological needs with a combination of Strauss-Howe in the 3rd and 4th Turnings of the US society causing alternative thinking to spike shown that pseudoscience peaked in the early part of this decade.
First, pseudoscience has some importance. NASA really should stop being so arrogant about not disproving pseudoscience since they work on what is "technically" pseudoscience on their own i.e. "what if Germany discovered the nuclear bomb first." is alternative history by definition.
I actually go as far a applauding pseudoscientist for bringing things forth. Don't get me wrong, I think just about all of this is garbage, but "just about all" is not "all".
Understand there is a tactic employed by greater forces at work whom the author and others are involved with/in (whether they know it or not) that will present some of the truth of the "mysteries" twisted with info designed to lead the reader on further wild goose chases. Have a listen to what Micheal Heiser says about Sitchin ,Lawrence Gardener and others presenting fiction as fact. Buyer beware. guys like Michael Tsarion and Jordan Maxwell also come to mind here. and you'll see a definite agenda of obstruction and misrepresentation of the facts of what's actually written in the older texts such as the Bible and Dead Sea Scrolls, etc. The book 12th planet appears to be written for an infantile mindset and is an insult to anyone else's intelligence except those that are gullible enough to swallow it hook line and sinker judging by some of the reviews here.

Even more cowardly of them: they felt sorry for themselves that they would have to come back to Earth and rebuild everything THEMSELVES; because all of Mankind was now extinct and they no longer had slaves to do the work and toil for them.INDEED.
Even in the BIBLE, Noah is only mentioned to be about 900 years old.If we surmise that the "Garden Of Eden" was a laboratory and not a veritable botanical garden, the questions remain: What REALY were these "trees", and what REALY were these "fruits". for your painstaking work to deliver the truth of history to all of humanity.
